Today was Answers’ turn to present their case. Two expert witnesses went largely unchallenged by the state attorneys.
Closing remarks were presented on both sides. The judge was very involved in the case asking excellent clarifications.
The judge needs to deliberate. He will deliver his decision within 60 days (we expect it will be sooner than that).
Meanwhile, preparations continue for the federal hearings and our motion to intervene – what’s at stake is the FDA’s zero tolerance policy.
